Sam & Molly Portis of Portis Building & Interiors support and stay heavily involved in the Dunwoody community as well as the Atlanta area.
Sam and Molly are actively involved in the Dunwoody Preservation Trust, serving on the board and as past co-presidents. As a fundraiser one year they created a playhouse version of the Dunwoody landmark Cheek Spruill House.
Showcasing the house at the annual 4th of July parade, at the Arts Festival and finally at Lemonade Days they raised over seven thousand dollars for the trust.
Habitat for Humanity has long been a passion for Sam Portis. For the last 21 years Sam has been involved, through his church All Saints Catholic Church, Dunwoody, GA, in the building of a home each year for a needy family.
He is shown here with his daughter, Abbey at 2014 build site. Each year Molly designs the volunteer thank you T Shirt that is also sponsored by many All Saints parishioners and donors.
Portis Building & Interiors is a proud sponsor of Dunwoody Stage Door Players.
