• When we meet for the initial consultation, you'll learn what to expect. We have a professional staff of highly experienced personnel and we work with a specially selected team of subcontractors. We purchase goods and materials from local suppliers who guarantee their products.
• Portis Building & Interiors provides you with a detailed, easy to understand proposal that clearly states all the work that will be done and how much it will cost.
• We make it our business to begin on time and stick as closely as possible to the schedule. You'll hear from us daily to keep you updated on the progress of your work.
• Whether you're remodeling a kitchen or bath, building a deck or creating an entire new addition to your home, you'll see the highest level of craftsmanship in our work.
• There is no charge for the initial consultation. You'll have lots of questions at the first meeting. We'll listen. And then we'll ask you questions to inspire your best ideas. And, we'll probably give you a few suggestions of our own.
• If the project is smaller in scope, Portis Building & Interiors can provide the necessary floor plans and dimensional drawings. If architectural plans are required, we will work with your architect or provide one to design a plan that will fit your needs.
• From beginning to end, we'll keep the job site clean.
• We stand behind our work. We guarantee that you will be satisfied with our work. We want you to call us again the next time you have a remodeling project. After all, a large part of our business is based on repeat calls and referrals.
