OUR FIRST VISIT

Our first visit to your home will take about an hour and a half to get acquainted and review your project.

We’ll take a look at the job site and listen to your thoughts and ideas. We like to get an overview of the job and hear what you’d like to get out of the project. We’ll offer some suggestions and advice on how best to accomplish your goal.

Talk about our company and how we work - You’ll hear about our system and about our owners. We’ll tell you about our superintendents and how they manage the jobs.

You’ll see some samples of our work - We show you examples of our design work, our work in progress and our completed projects. We’ll walk you through a typical remodeling project so you can hear about issues that may arise on the job and how we resolve them.

Workflow, time schedule, design and work agreements - We review the basic steps necessary to get your project up and running. We outline the parameters of the project and provide you with ballpark pricing. We follow up with a preconstruction agreement. This allows us to create your design and guide you in making your selections.

Once we have a firm design and your selections have been made we provide you with a detailed construction contract price.

As soon as a construction contract is signed your selections are ordered and we put you on the schedule.

Our goal is to keep the actual time of disruption to your home to a minimum by ordering all material in advance and having the subcontractors lined up and ready to tackle the project.
